On May 5, 2021, the local public community near the First Cobalt Refinery was invited to a Virtual Information Open House. Representatives from First Cobalt gave a brief review of the project and highlighted the work completed regarding a new Mine Closure Plan surrounding its operation. First Cobalt will be applying for the Mine Closure Plan and Financial Assurance in the coming weeks.
